AUR\u2019s definition of \u2018a transnational people\u2019 relates to a multi-layered community\u2014native Romanians within Romania, co-ethnic communities in neighbouring countries, and Romanians living and working abroad\u2014that create, together, a Romanianness in need of representation, and preservation.
